For 2024 we are developing a new area for members to enjoy the noble art of the bowman. Archery ranges will be at 25 and 50m and will be located to the left of the main firearms range, and behind the air range. The axe throwing stand is located nearby too.
The club supports both longbow and crossbow disciplines. Target bosses and stands are available at the range and simple practice bows are available.
We have a skilled coach to teach you bowmanship.
Archery days are held on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month, but please contact Stan first to check these sessions are going ahead as weather and holidays can interfere with attendance.
More recent addition is the axe stand which is getting quite a following. Axes/hatchets are available on site, or bring your own.
